Welcome to our Weekly Online Group Meeting. A regular meetup where you can share and connect, right on your phone or computer. Here you get one of the best, most supportive mental health resources.
Via Zoom, meetings are a safe haven where you can show up, share, and verbalize your challenges. Meetings are 90 minutes long, held 2times a week to fit your schedule and are hosted by an experienced non-professional coordinator.
You can join with any issue, share and get supportive feedback in return. If you don’t want, you don’t even have to speak, the choice is yours. Our meetings cover many topics, including general mental health challenges, self-care maintenance, mood support, social challenges, and abuse recovery.
Even if you have none of these issues, you are more than welcome to join for any different topic, and there’s also a weekly agenda to provide structure. Putting our challenges into words can be healing, sharing can make our problems feel more manageable, and getting caring feedback helps us feel less alien with it all.
You also get our full masterclass, packed with the best information to support you. The vast majority of people who try the group once end up staying for months or years, as this really is one of the best ways to not only get support, but also develop in one’s emotional intelligence,

The 2nd Part of the Meeting….
A Mental Health Workshop
This is a 60-minute problem-solving session where we form small groups to help address and proactively resolve your and others’ current mental health and self-improvement challenges.
Logistics:
Cost: $10 per session per person
Duration: 60 minutes
Group Size: 8-12 people
Facilitators: One rotating between each of the small groups
Effectiveness:
Personalized support, skill-building, community, and affordability make this workshop an effective mental health resource.
How it works
Welcoming (5 min) – We’ll warmly greet you and provide a brief overview of our purpose today: supporting and empowering your mental health.
Icebreaker Activity (10 min) – We’ll start with a simple activity to build connection and trust, like introductions and sharing positive experiences.
Small Group Work (30 min) – We’ll then break into small groups for focused discussions on your personal challenges, brainstorming solutions, and even optional role-play scenarios.
Group Sharing and Reflection (10 min) – You’ll have the chance to share key takeaways from your group with everyone, followed by some time for personal reflection or journaling.
Closing (5 min) – We’ll wrap up with a mindfulness exercise, share some helpful resources, and conclude with thanks and next steps.
